About Mikaela
Mikaela is a RYT500 yoga teacher with a strong interest in movement, nature and a more conscious, holistic way of living. After more than eight years in corporate finance, she chose a different direction and followed what had long felt important to her: creating more space for presence, movement and wellbeing.
With more than 20 years of experience in figure skating, Mikaela has a deep understanding of the body and how we move. Her teaching is intuitive and grounded, beginning with the understanding that we are all different and that no single approach suits everyone.
Through yoga, breathing, movement and meditation, Mikaela creates a safe space without pressure, where you can slow down, listen within and come closer to yourself. There is nothing to perform or achieve—just room to be, explore and find what feels right for you.
