Love & forgiveness, the heart chakra<\/h2>\n

This weekend, we heal wounds in the heart left by betrayal, heartbreak and a lack of love. The heart is the doorway to tantra. When we can forgive ourselves and others for past wrongs, we free ourselves on a deeper level. We often hold on to these experiences, and they drain both our energy and our mood, sometimes for years. This helps no one. Here, you are offered a space safe enough to let go of grief and wounds.<\/p>\n

This opens us to a love that is strong and deeply rooted within ourselves, allowing us to meet others with an open heart without knowing how we will be received. It is beautiful, tender and powerful at the same time. The heart’s deepest insight is that we are all one, and that everything we seek in someone else is really a longing to come home to ourselves.<\/p>\n

The course welcomes both newcomers to tantra and experienced practitioners. Relationship status and sexual orientation do not matter. If you come as a couple, you can choose to do the exercises together.<\/p>\n
