A place where we can rest from performing and instead create small moments of presence\u2014bright hours in the darkness.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Throughout the weekend, we weave together yoga, meditation, sound healing, fire, silence and nature&#8217;s healing rhythm.<\/p>\n<p>We breathe the clear autumn air.<br \/>We warm ourselves by the fire.<br \/>We listen within.<br \/>We bathe in a cold spring or tub and rest beneath soft blankets.<\/p>\n<p>We do not gather to become someone else.<br \/>We gather to come home to ourselves.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Welcome to Golden Hours\u2014the light is already there.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Come exactly as you are to a peaceful setting close to nature and free from traffic noise. Here at Sju Sj\u00f6ar, relaxation and calm arrive almost immediately, with yoga and meditation helping us settle into the body, feel good and eat well, with nature as our nearest neighbour.<\/p>\n<p>Being in the \u201cyoga bubble\u201d is a wonderful luxury: a pause from everyday life, the courage simply to be, a break from the flow of information, a chance to listen and feel within. It is like a loving meeting with yourself, a way to renew your energy. Everyone can take part and receive personal help with modifications, for example if you have an injury. No previous yoga experience is needed.<\/p>\n<h2>About Tua Hjemgaard<\/h2>\n<p>You will practise yoga and meditation with Tua Hjemgaard, who runs YogabyTua in Trollh\u00e4ttan. Her work includes recovery and rehabilitation, women&#8217;s health, stress, burnout and menopause, as well as evening classes in different yoga styles for everyone who wants to explore the world of yoga.<\/p>\n<p>Tua has been teaching since 2010. An evening by candlelight, kindling your inner light: I am allowed to shine softly.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWe cannot always choose the darkness around us.<br \/>But we can create bright hours.<br \/>Moments of presence.<br \/>Kindness.<br \/>Rest.<br \/>Community.<br \/>Small lights that help us through the seasons.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3>Sunday \u2013 Carry the Light Home<\/h3>\n<p><strong>07:00\u201309:00: morning sadhana \u2013 Morning Glow.<\/strong> We meet on our mats in silence and begin the day with a morning practice combining gentle yoga, breathing exercises and meditation to balance body and mind.<\/p>\n<p>09:30: breakfast together.<\/p>\n<p>A closing circle to integrate everything we have experienced over the weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Everyone takes home <strong>three Golden Hours rituals for everyday life.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Accommodation and price<\/h2>\n<p><strong>SEK 4,690 for a place in a shared twin room, with a friend or an assigned roommate.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>SEK 5,240 for a single room.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The price includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 yoga sessions<\/li>\n<li>4 meditations<\/li>\n<li>1 breakfast buffet<\/li>\n<li>1 brunch<\/li>\n<li>1 fika break<\/li>\n<li>1 afternoon snack<\/li>\n<li>2 dinner buffets<\/li>\n<li>Plenty of new memories and people who leave an impression<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Venue: Sju Sj\u00f6ar, \u00d6xnevalla, surrounded by nature for deep recovery.<\/p>\n<h2>What to bring<\/h2>\n<p>A yoga mat and, if you wish, a bolster or meditation cushion and blocks; a cosy blanket or poncho for relaxation and meditation; comfortable clothing that is not tight-fitting; warm socks and slippers; a tea or coffee mug with a lid; and a water bottle. Bring walking shoes, outdoor clothing suitable for the weather, and swimwear, a bathrobe and a towel.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udd0d Saturday evening dress code: white, off-white or soft earth tones. Wear a dress or anything else you feel good in.<\/p>\n<h2>Registration and cancellation<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Email your registration to info@yogabytua.se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You book and secure your place by paying a SEK 1,500 registration fee, which is not refundable if you cancel. The remaining balance is due four weeks before arrival. If you cancel 6\u20132 weeks before arrival, 50% of the cost is payable. If you cancel less than two weeks before arrival, the full cost is payable.
